W.D. Schock Company Inc., (WDSCO) was founded in 1986 by William D. Schock for the purpose of  working with airports to provide Program Management in the areas of Land Acquisition, Relocation, Part 150 Noise Mitigation and Property Management in order to meet the needs of airport operators.  WDSCO is one of the largest providers of these services, having both current and completed projects in 19 states and more than 25 cities across the country.

Schock Company is about PEOPLE.  This is what sets us apart from others within the industry.  Many of those on our staff have also worked within the airport and aviation industry, bringing with them extensive knowledge of airports and federal regulations, enhancing the services we provide.

The firm continues to grow, having a sound track record of working with numerous airports nationwide and actively participating in professional industry organizations.  We are Corporate members of the Airports Council International (ACI), American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airports Consultants Council (ACC); as well as the Louisiana Airport Managers Association (LAMA), the Florida Airports Council (FAC), the Minnesota Council of Airports, the Tennessee Airports Association (TAA), and the North Carolina Airports Association (NCAA).
