Housing Authorities

W.D. Schock Company has worked successfully with public housing authorities to manage the relocation of residents from public housing developments due to rehabilitation of public housing developments under the United States Housing and Urban Development HOPE VI Program as well as the demolition of public housing developments under other initiatives.  W.D. Schock Company utilizes its expertise to manage tenant relocation on these projects in compliance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.  These services typically include tenant liaison services, assistance in re-housing displaced tenants, and compilation and maintenance of all required documentation.

Program Management
Can provide multiple turn key, overall management for several or all of the primary services. As a result, we manage all the required disciplines for sub consultants and services, including, but not limited to: overall program budgets, scheduling, cost analysis, progress reporting, sub-contractors, leases, rental agreements, buy-back options, work orders, accounting, records retention, and project audits. We also provide for administration with our clients of State and Federal grants and preapplication development.
Program Policies and Procedures
Develop program policy manuals that are essential to consistency of the overall program and its application to the public.
Records Management / Quality Assurance
Meticulous record keeping. Completed files are then forwarded to the client for review and acceptance.
