Relocation
Complete relocation services, including planning, assessment interviews, budgets, schedules, housing market surveys, comparable housing studies, processing homeowner claim forms, moving estimates, records retention and FAA reports.
Sound Insulation
Provision of turn key services for the management of this program including planning, avigation easement applications, title work, sound design, initial phase design testing ( pre – and post – construction), plans and specifications, FAA approvals, bidding, contactor selection, construction management, inspections permits, cost estimates & controls.
Sales Assistance
Provided in coordination with the local real estate community, including appraisal & review, title work, avigation easement disclosures, program administration, marketing services, closings, easement recordings, & property management when required.
Easement Acquisition
Development of Easement Language & format for client & FAA approval, nominal value easement studies (single cost easement applications), appraisal & review for appraised easements (variable cost easement applications), title work, negotiations, closings on fully subordinated or unsubordinated avigation easement and recordings.
Program Policies and Procedures
Develop program policy manuals that are essential to consistency of the overall program and its application to the public.
Property Management
Provide for the care and maintenance of acquired property for Sales Assistance and Land Acquisition programs and including ; grounds maintenance, building care and maintenance, security, pest control, etc. The firm also provides for property resale (if required), demolition, site clearing, rental assessment, and agreements.
Records Management / Quality Assurance
Meticulous record keeping. Completed files are then forwarded to the client for review and acceptance.
Community Relations
Development of Public Information Programs covering all the primary program issues:

Public program information meetings, workshops & seminars. Development of relations & meetings with homeowner groups, associations & civic leadership; ranging from program brochures, handouts & airport community program newsletters.
Program Management
Can provide overall management for several or all of the primary services. As a result, we manage all the required disciplines for sub consultants and services, including public meetings, individual participant informational meetings, development of project information packages.
Expert Witness Testimony
Expert Witness Testimony is provided in accordance with client's legal counsel direction in land acquisition condemnation cases. We also provide on behalf of our clients, witness services and depositions concerning Part 150 Implementation Program law suits, rules, regulations and common FAA applications as they may apply to a program.
